ZH Motions provides paid video editing and motion design mentorship across multiple tiers (see Courses for current pricing). We also operate a Shop for digital products (LUTs, presets, SFX, templates) and offer custom editing services for brands.

• Enrollment is subject to approval after submitting payment proof
• Prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless stated otherwise
• Payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, card
• Once approved, you receive portal access credentials via email

• 7-day refund window on course enrollments (before first live session attended)
• Digital shop products non-refundable once downloaded
• Custom service work refundable pro-rated if not yet delivered

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You may not share your account or course materials with others
• Account sharing or piracy results in immediate termination without refund
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

• All course content, videos, materials, and curriculum are the property of ZH Motions
• Content is licensed for personal learning use only — not redistribution
• Student work submitted (videos, assignments) remains your property
• You grant us a non-exclusive license to display approved student work for portfolio / showcase purposes

You agree NOT to:

• Share, copy, redistribute, or resell course materials
• Reverse-engineer or scrape our platform
• Use the platform for illegal activities
• Submit malicious URLs, viruses, or harmful content
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Harass, threaten, or abuse mentors or other students

• Mentorship outcomes depend on student effort and engagement
• We do not guarantee specific career outcomes, job placements, or income
• Live sessions may be recorded for student review
• Schedule changes will be communicated in advance when possible

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZH Motions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund. You may close your account anytime by contacting us.

We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
