7-day refund window on courses. Digital downloads non-refundable once accessed.

This Refund Policy describes how and when ZH Motions ("we", "us") will issue refunds or accept cancellations for purchases made through zhmotions.com.

7-Day Refund Window: You may request a full refund within 7 days of payment if you meet the eligibility criteria below.
1. Course Mentorship Refunds

Refunds on mentorship enrollments (Ultimate Video Editing, Video Editing Mentorship, Basic Video Editing) are available under the following conditions:

  • Within 7 days of payment — full refund (minus payment gateway fees, typically 2.5–3%).
  • Before first live session attended — eligible regardless of date.
  • Course downloads accessed — not eligible if you have downloaded paid resources or attended any live session.
  • After 7 days OR after course access began — no refund (case-by-case basis only).
2. Shop Products (LUTs, Presets, SFX, Templates)

Digital products in our Shop are delivered immediately after payment. Refund policy:

  • Before download — full refund within 7 days.
  • After download — non-refundable (digital file delivered).
  • Defective / broken file — replacement provided immediately; refund if replacement not possible.
  • Wrong product purchased — contact within 24 hours for exchange.
3. Service Engagements (Custom Editing Work)

For custom video editing or studio services:

  • Deposit paid, work not started — full refund within 7 days.
  • Work in progress — pro-rated refund based on completed work.
  • Work delivered + approved — non-refundable.
  • Revisions handled per project agreement, not via refund.
4. How to Request a Refund
  1. Email us at [email protected] with subject "Refund Request"
  2. Include: order ID / transaction reference, payment date, reason for refund
  3. We review within 48 hours
  4. Approved refunds processed within 7 business days to original payment method (bKash, Nagad, bank, or card)
5. Refund Method
  • bKash / Nagad payments — refunded to the same wallet number used for payment.
  • Card / Bank payments — refunded to the original card/account (5–10 business days).
  • Gateway fees — non-recoverable; deducted from refund amount.
6. Non-Refundable Items
  • Course access after 7 days of enrollment
  • Digital files (LUTs, presets, templates, SFX) after download
  • Completed and approved service work
  • Promotional / discounted enrollments (free or steeply discounted batches)
  • Cohort spots forfeited due to no-show
7. Cancellations

To cancel a pending order (not yet processed):

  • Contact us within 24 hours of payment via WhatsApp or email
  • Cancellations after delivery follow standard refund rules above
  • Subscription cancellations (if any) take effect at end of current billing cycle
8. Disputes

If your refund request is denied and you believe it qualifies under this policy, escalate by emailing [email protected] with subject "Refund Appeal". We review appeals within 7 days.
