This Privacy Policy describes how ZH Motions ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our website (zhmotions.com) and services.
Your password is hashed with industry-standard Bcrypt before storage. We never store passwords in plain text. Even our staff cannot read your password. We strongly recommend using a strong, unique password and changing it periodically. Never share your password with anyone, including ZH Motions support — we will never ask for it.
To prevent piracy of premium courses, recorded class videos, project files, and exclusive content, we may collect identity information including National ID (NID), phone number, and email. Premium course videos are delivered via personalized magic links containing your name, email, and IP address as a visible watermark. Sharing your link, recording videos for redistribution, or attempting to bypass access controls violates this policy and our Terms — links auto-revoke on multi-device abuse and accounts may be terminated without refund.

We use essential cookies required for authentication, session management, and CSRF protection. We also use Google AdSense which may set advertising cookies — you can manage these via our cookie consent banner or your browser settings. We do not sell cookie data.
This section describes the ZH Downloader browser extension and desktop application (a separate product from the website).
What the extension accesses: on pages you visit, it reads media links (video/audio/stream URLs such as .mp4 and .m3u8) and the page address, only to let you download media you are permitted to download. It adds a Download button over videos and a right-click menu.
Where the data goes: detected media URLs are sent only to the ZH Downloader app running locally on your own computer (http://127.0.0.1:9613). Nothing is sent to our servers or any third party. We do not collect, store, sell, or transmit your browsing history, media URLs, page content, keystrokes, or personal information off your device.
Permissions used: webRequest (detect media requests), tabs & webNavigation (know the current page to download from), downloads (save files), contextMenus (right-click menu), notifications (download status), storage (your local settings). Host access to all sites is required only because a download manager must work on any site you choose; it is used solely for the download features above.
Your responsibility: only download content you own or are legally permitted to download (your own uploads, licensed stock you purchased, or content whose terms allow it). Do not use it to infringe copyright or bypass access controls. We do not host or provide any copyrighted media.

Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
